In a class of it's own, the mesquite woods create a bold smoky flavor with an almost bitter finish. Easy to use: soak the wood pieces to couple hours and then place in smoker box (or foil covered drip pan), on top of cooking grate and let the wood smoke. Once it billows out of the grill you are good to go.
